Plasticel S.A. de C.V.

Plasticel S.A. de C.V. is born. The first company of its kind in
Latin America to produce polypropylene extruded
small wooven PP bags and burlaps.

1996

Jumbocel SA de CV

Jumbocel SA de CV is created to produce polypropylene flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC).

1998

US Sack

JUMBOCEL acquires US Sack in Colorado and Hifort, Houston to participate directly in the U.S. market.

1999

JUMBOCEL SYSTEMS INC.

JUMBOCEL SYSTEMS was founded to consolidate operations of
Hifort and US Sacks in the United States.

2001

Torreón and Monterrey

Manufacturing Capacity is increased by the consolidation
of JUMBOCEL’s production facilities in Torreon and
Monterrey Northern Mexico.

2008

Dimiplastik

The operations of Dimiplastik—manufacture of yarn
and yarn products- are consolidated at JUMBOCEL’s facilty.

2010

FirmaCel and FirmaFlex

FirmaCel and FirmaFlex products are launched on the market to replace wooden pallets with a positive ecological impact on the environment.

2013

KOSHER

Jumbocel and Jumbopack become Kosher-certified.

2015

ISO 22000

JUMBOCEL received the ISO22000 certification for quality and food safety at JUMBOPACK facility.

Quality and Safety Policy

In JUMBOPACK Group, we comply with our products’ quality, safety requirements and services the customers need.

As well as the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining an effective communication and improvement of the quality and food safety management system.

Our Certifications

This is the international standard food safety management systems for the whole supply chain, from farmers or cattlemen, to product and packaging processors; transportation and selling point. Our operation is certified at ISO22000 standard with Lloyd’s Register.

The food quality control system, according to Kosher standards, includes an audit carried out at the production facility by a supervisor of the Kosher certifier, to guarantee that the required quality standards and specifications are met.
